FEA Analysis In addition to design services, MMDSI has full capabilities for analyzing and optimizing designs using FEA engineering tools.  Design data can be directly imported and optimized -- this dramatically shortens design cycles and improves product quality, along with facilitating iterative "what-if" scenarios.  Our analysis abilities include engineering stress, thermal, and motion analysis.  Examples of past projects include thermal analysis of high density electronic circuit modules, mechanical stress optimization of metal parts and assemblies, and routing studies of cables and piping. We can also manage your product marking needs utilizing our graphic arts expertise in tangent with our solid modeling capabilities, and provide the electronic artwork to your manufacturer.
